Buried Treasure 2012

It's the forth year for Buried Treasure, the fun idea sponsored by The Altered Page.

The premise is simple- on July 11th, all participants will pick a favorite blog post ( or two)  to repost here. I've selected this post and this post!  A July 11 twofer!
I'm also reposting a few of my favorite photographs! Hope you enjoy them!

Make sure you go back to The Altered Page to see all of the collaborating participants in this extravaganza you won't want to miss!

Oh Jill, how awesome to read your old post and view at the photos... I remember you were in surgery and I even think I came by your blog and commented back then... (not sure of the latter, but I definitely came to check you out) Who could have known then that we had a connection - well, at least we know now! Love you girl!

I just found you on Seth's Buried Treasure today - I'm participating for the first time (always got to it too late) and am loving all the artists posts.
Your photos are wonderful - you can always tell when someone is an artist at heart by their photographer's eye, and you are definitely blessed with it! I am enjoying your collage work as well.

Loved the photography, Jill. Especially fond of the bottles. You have a nice flare and good eye. So much fun to find you in the Buried Treasure. Cheers.

I love all of these photographs Jill, I can see how they are your favorites. They contrast so beautifully, steel and stone and sand. Sending you hugs across the miles...
